The Inner Signal is a 4-week guided experience designed to help you understand your intuition in a grounded, embodied way. Each week, we explore a different layer of awareness; learning how to recognize what you’re sensing, distinguish it from emotional noise, and begin trusting your internal signals with more clarity and confidence. Through a blend of guided teaching, reflective practice, and real-time experiential exercises, you’ll begin to notice patterns in your body, emotions, and perception that were always there….but never clearly named. This is not about prediction or performance. It’s about learning how you uniquely perceive, process, and interpret energy and experience. By the end of the container, you’ll leave with practical tools to: * Recognize your intuitive signals * Understand your emotional and energetic patterns * Strengthen self-trust in daily decision-making * Stay grounded while staying open This is a space for slowing down, noticing more, and learning to trust what you already feel.

Cancellation Policy
The Inner Signal: Booking & Attendance Policy Welcome to The Inner Signal. This 4-week guided experience is designed as an intimate, intentional container for self-discovery and growth. To ensure the best experience for all participants, please review the booking and participation policies below. 1. Registration & Payment Payment Terms: Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your spot in the 4-week cohort. Confirmation: Once your booking is complete, you will receive a confirmation email containing your calendar invites, Zoom links, and initial orientation materials. 2. Cancellation & Refund Policy Because this is an immersive, 4-week container with limited capacity, we require advanced notice for cancellations: Full Refund: Cancellations made 10 days or more prior to the container’s start date will receive a full refund. Partial Refund / Credit: Cancellations made less than 10 days prior to the start date are non-refundable, but the balance can be applied to a future cohort or 1-on-1 session within 6 months. No-Shows: No-shows or cancellations made after the program begins are non-refundable and non-transferable. 3. Attendance & Participation Time Commitment: To get the most out of The Inner Signal, we encourage you to attend all live sessions and engage with the reflective practices. Recordings: If you must miss a live teaching session, a replay will be made available within 24 hours. Experiential exercises are best experienced live, but you can practice them with the provided materials at your own pace. 4. Code of Conduct The Inner Signal is a grounded, safe space. To protect the integrity and privacy of all participants: Confidentiality: Please respect the privacy of other participants by keeping personal stories and reflections shared within the container confidential. Respectful Environment: We ask that all participants show up with an open mind, kindness, and respect for one another's unique processes and perspectives.
